This house is dirty during the Summer but is cleaned up nicely during school year. Still dirty after ragers. Great party with lots of booze and girls. Great group of diverse guys. Great social frat but if you want to keep your grades up it's gonna take motivation.

I'm going through recruitment right now and honestly this house has some of the sweetest and most interesting and easy to talk to girls that I've met this week. They are very down to earth and seem to really get along with each other. Their house is beautiful and I can't wait to learn more about them tomorrow at Philanthropy Day!
