last of the "fratty" houses on campus along with sigma chi. major party house so the place can get extremely dirty. TKE morning bar is the best party of the year, every year.

Really nice group of guys. Not the biggest parties but I have heard they can start hosting triads next winter which will fix that problem :p love coming here always feel respected.

pi phis are definitely a top house. their new pc 12 is alright, pc 11 hottest hands down. the girls don't seem that real, in fact I've only met one who seems genuine and she's taken by a sigma chi.... basically don't waste your time here they know they're hot and have less involvement then other sororities but nonetheless for sure top tier.
