(I'm not grading them from the actual ranking tiers; just how I thought they were in my opinion). I didn't know anything about this frat, but I'm really glad I came to their party last night. I came a bit early and I thought it would be awkward to come somewhat early to the party, but one of their frat brothers made me feel so comfortable and he was nice to talk to. I'm guessing these guys are all truly genuine, nice guys! I'll definitely come to their 2nd foam party in the springtime!

Been here a couple times and they are very nice guys, always get walked home. The new pc is great the the renovations are looking super nice. Great house
