I visited Upsilon Chapter of Theta Xi. Substance free works for them and I admire their commitment. Fine men, great alumni,and beautiful CLEAN house. There were parents visiting who LOVED the fact that their sons had chosen Theta Xi. I also observed that they were working to improve their HOME (redoing the front lawn). This is a house that you will not only be proud to join as an undergraduate, but will return to as alumni with the same appreciation as a truly awesome fraternity.

They don't throw a lot of registered events at their house anymore but their house parties are crazy! Really good looking PC13 and the guys are awesome and fun! Gets kind of rowdy sometimes cause these boys love drinking.

Don't understand why people are bashing on this house..... Not the hottest overall house for sure but they're still good looking and fun. Haven't met any "rude" ones either. Keep it up ladies.

I loved these girls during recruitment but I unfortunately did not get in since it's really competitive but they are still so sweet and I love them! I wish I could be part of their house, with all their captivating personalities and fun loving nature. Definitely always a top house full of sweethearts. A frat said those are the girls you take home to Mom.
