Thetas are literally the nicest and coolest house on campus anyone who disagrees with that is just plain ignorant and stupid. Not only are they hot AF but they actually are caring people and not "nasty" or "caddy" at all. Some of my best friends are in theta and i have never met more genuine people.

I was told by a lot of older girls to avoid pikes but they've been great every time I've been over. Great guys. Might need to clean the house a bit. Seem to be moving in the right direction this year
