Top:
Sigma - just started being top tier, don't see them falling, don't do much of anything for philanthropy
Phi mu - no matter the pledge class they will always be top
Lower top:
AGD - cool girls but don't much around campus
Upper middle:
Zeta - I can see them getting on the same level as AGD in the next couple years
Middle:
ASA - on the rise, pledge classes are getting a little better
Lower:
AxiD - staying where they are, see them around campus but still have some weird girls
AOPi - sorry to say it but they'll always be bottom

I would say agd is probably top also, depending on who you ask, phi mu/sigma/agd will be top three ordered by whatever their preference.
I also think asa is level with zta. they won pike's fc 2 years in a row and gi theta chi.. they're up and coming.
aopi and azd are interchangeable, some nice girls in both.
