I'd say
Best Top: Pike/DChi
Best Mid: SigEp ((Really don't know why you put SAE in mid lol)
Best Bottom: Phi Psy/ KDR

Also you forgot Pi Kapp

Drop sae to bottom, switch tchi and fiji then switch phi Mu and AGD and it's accurate

AKL is better than Sig Ep and SAE.
Pi Kappa Phi is bottom but on the come up.
Tri Sig and Phi Mu are tied for first and AGD is very close after.
Otherwise your list is aight

AKL took ZTA (4th) to prom, right? Did SigEp take any sorority at all? Not like its a be all end all to rankings but it's usually a good indicator.

Sticking Sig Ep with Pike D Chi Fiji and T Chi is silly as hell. Those 4 fraternities are pretty clearly on a different level from the rest at VCU. If anything the 5th would be AKL instead of sig Ep anyway
