rushing as a junior

by: Curious

Do you have little to no chance of getting a bid if you rush as a junior? I was on the fence about Greek life but I really want to give it a shot now. Any opinions?

Being a legacy doesn't totally guarantee you a bid, but it helps. It usually means you will be invited back for an additional round. It also depends on which sorority it is.

I wanted to rush too! do you guys know if there is an upperclassman quota? And are there certain sororities that are especially known for cutting jrs?

I believe that there is, and it can make juniors getting in more difficult. Seniors, however, don't count towards quota and are "freebies". Zeta takes veryy few upperclassmen, and I don't see Phi Mu or Sigma taking many either
