What are the top and bottom tier fraternities?

RIP to pikapp and Fiji list would be different if they weren’t kicked off.
The only thing relevant left is pike and tchi.
•Pike is always top due to their philanthropy and having connections with so many sororities and people in general.
•Tchi comes at two due to not having as much connections.
•I remembered kappa sig existed when typing all of this so that explains where they stand.
