How do we become top tier?

I didn't know my fraternity was considered "bottom tier" when I joined. We're clowned on by much of greek life at VCU and I really don't understand why.

We have doubled in size mostly by recruiting the mens chess club and club quidditch team. We have even won intramural rainbow six siege and dominated badminton and table tennis so we're succeeding there.

We've even had awesome mixers with the women's equestrian club and astrology club.

Our chapter has even successfully implemented a non-hazing policy. We also have a completely dry house where most brothers have a chill time LARPing, playing dungeons and dragons, and staying out of trouble of course.

Why are we not "top tier" and what can we do to be better?
