- campus involvement
- relevancy
- good consistent events
- quality members (for the most part)

What Seperates These 3:

Pi Kappa Alpha - biggest philanthropy on campus, largest chapter house, great nationals

Theta Chi - Most diverse, huge network outlet in the music industry (“rva motion”)

Kappa Sigma - Biggest alumni base on campus, best housing, biggest donors in philanthropy, great nationals
