by: For whomRushing a sorority at VCU is completely pointless. It’s extremely expensive for literally no reason at all. Sororities don’t throw big parties, they have like 1 def, they just get money from their members. Biggest scam, girls get into parties without any worry and meet guys anyway.

why did u join then? i have so many non affiliated friends that are girls that go to the same functions, events, and everything.

Nahhh sororities are valid here tbh. They've raised hella philanthropy bread last sem and still host their own date functions and semis, which if we're being real here are actually pretty dope. They don't throw crusty bangers, have their own informal rush events, or host mixers usually but socially those are pretty much the only differences between them and fraternities here.

They raise like 2000 dollars just to say they participated🤣🤣. They’re nothing compared to sororities at Tech Jmu where they actually look good and do good philanthropies that make real money. Shameful here.
