Reasons why these frats will never be #1

Tchi- mediocre pledge classes the past year, no chapter house, airheads, cant get organized enough to do something meaningful

Fiji- everytime they get revelant enough to compete with pike or tchi some bs happens. You were up and lost ur chapter house. You throw fun parties but every 3 weeks. Throw down more often and u could take tchis spot.

pikapp- relax on all the brothers dude. Every party u guys invite me to i meet a new weirdo brother get some quality. You guys have the opposite problem of fiji, u throw down so much that its barely fun. Go from throwing 3 parties a week to one. Also stop being so problamatic

By default pike will be number, they have a nice house and are organized but geez get some color in there.
