I'm picturing GammaDeltaIota sucks to be a wannabe fratstar who wouldn't even cut it a a school with a real Greek system. News flash for some of you who try to be like a "SEC" chapter. For starters you need a have a real house that can sleep 20 plus brothers/sisters, not some 4 bedroom duplex on Cary street.

HAHA are you guys actually trying to rank yourself with tiers. Please tell me what defines each tier. What you consider a "top tier" at VCU is below bottom tier at any school with a real Greek system. Half of you guys probably couldn't even get into TEK, and you know what they say "if you can't go greek, go TEK!"
