Yes they are. Just think about it this way— why would u join lower tier if you could be top lol. Greek life at vcu ain’t that great anyway so you might as well try and get a bid from pike or theta chi.

Pike would be the TDX or Triangle of literally any other school. At the bigger schools, pike would be your chess club

The top tier frets and sororities at VCU are bottom / low tier at any other school
The low tier frats and sorority’s at VCU are top tier at other schools
Look at the nationals organization it all depends on how that supports VCU and how that can make or break a chapter
Vcu has created its own illusion of greek life and it’s just a high school drama club
