in terms of social hierarchy this is 100% accurate. Bottom tier is those three new ones, fiji is top of mid competing with Pi Kapp, Phi Psi is solid mid, and LXA/KDR are fighting for bottom of mid. The top three are pretty much interchangeable in terms of popularity imo.

Not at all accurate . The 4 most dominant social fraternities are pike, Theta Chi, Fiji, and Dchi (although Dchi has been falling). They all throw great socials that people look forward too. All of which are top tier fraternities for a reason.
Pi Kapp is still new and isn’t even close socially yet and is the reason they are mid tier at best, no where near top tier and the rest of those fraternities socially

Pike ( Dchi having a rough time , pike kinda degrading in quality but still top, theta is doing great )

upper mid:
Fiji ( both doing good)
Pi kapp
Mid:
Phi psi (normally akl > phi psi but akl has been having a very bad semester)
Akl
Lower mid
Kdr ( both have had their best semester probably ever )
Lambda
Bottom
Sig chi
Sigep

Pi lam
