Pike should be ranked higher than tchi
Fiji should honestly be ranked higher than pikapp
There is a BIG gap from the top 4 frats(pike, tchi, fiji, pikapp) and every other frat on that list

Can someone seriously answer why pike is consider the top fraternity at Vcu? Is it because of their chapter house or because they raise the most money at their philanthropy events? Besides their relations with phi mu I don’t see why they are always ranked as high as they are lmao if anything tchi should be considered the top frat

2. Involved in theirs and others philanthropy
3. Good parties
4. Good sorority relations
5. Good brotherhood
6. Good at recruiting

Truth is yea pike is involved in their and others philanthropy and have strong ties with phi mu but other than them they have the same sorority relations as other top frats. As far as parties your parties have been mid all year at best, you don’t have the best looking brothers, and arguments could be made that pike didn’t have the best recruiting class this year at all. I agree pike is definitely one of the top frats but stop rating them as the top frat when they aren’t
