sorority recruitment

Fall recruitment is a more formal process but will result in a larger new member class. Vcu has a very high bid rate, in that unless you withdraw from the process yourself, you will most likely get a bid somewhere. Spring recruitment is more informal and you have more control and can pick and choose which sororities to visit and go for, but the bid percentage is much smaller and the new member classes are much smaller. If you want more information about spring recruitment, you should reach out to the Greek life office.
