I would recommend going through the recruitment process & determining how you feel about each of them yourself. Everyone has different opinions/beliefs/assumptions about every org and a lot of them are biased. I know that’s probably not what you want to hear because recruitment is nerve wracking enough as it is but every organization has strengths and weaknesses. The most important thing is that you feel it’s strengths align with your own & that it’s weaknesses are something you feel you can work with & try to build upon/improve when you’re a member!
