Is there anyone in Greek life with lower than a 2.5
I had someone tell me that you can still apply and go through recruitment with lower than that but I just want to have a good experience over all and not “waste my time “

Hi I would not recommend going through until your GPA is up a bit. Many orgs can not take anyone with a GPA lower than what is required. The actual number may differ org to org though. I would recommend going to the interest meeting to look through the packet to see what that is for each sorority! If there are any, I would definitely recommend going out to meet the girls:)

Hi there! Not sure if you are going for IFC or CPC but fraternities are far more lenient with GPA because their rush process isn’t as formal & they don’t have as many rules. As for sororities I want to say that the lowest GPA (that I’m aware of) is a 2.6 and they are very strict about that, hardly no exceptions. It doesn’t hurt though to do your research & figure out what GPA requirements there are though & speak to the organizations you’re interested in.
