sig ep

I went to vcu in the late 80's and was a sig Ep when they got restarted on campus. Great group and dominated the party scene. But it was different time and we could do things they won't allow now.
My question is does sig Ep have a house on Cary st? That's where we lived and I've been living in London and haven't seen or heard much from vcu brothers.
Just curious how they and the Greek system is doing since I was a part of a group that saved it when it was hurting.....

Sigep has one of the nicer houses on w. grace street but im sorry to tell you they are probably a far cry from the organization you joined. they are notorious for having the worst brotherhood on campus and will likely not survive the next two years

Sad, I graduated in 89 we had a great group and the two connected row houses on Cary st near the gym. The local band the Limit was our house band and the parties were epic, the brotherhood was very strong. Great group of guys that still keep in touch and we worked our tails off to stay alive and build the chapter and the Greek system.
Sorry to hear they wasted that.....
