Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 3.0 Their Halloween parties are always lit but that's literally all they are known for. Not involved on campus at all. Some of them are friendly and look out for girls at parties which is a plus but other than that they have a long way to go.
