Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 2.5 I personally have been to three or four parties with them, and I have not had the greatest experiences. I have had multiple brothers come up to me and say very rude comments. I would say they are okay if you're drunk but other than that I don't feel very comfortable. Some of the guys are alright, but you all need to get ahold of your brothers and make sure they treat women with respect even if they think they're joking.
