Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.8 This Fraternity is really making its way up to the top. I haven't met a single guy I don't like in this fraternity and they treat women with great respect. They do a lot of service, have the strongest brotherhood I've seen on campus and throw good parties that everyone enjoys coming to. Definitely the best fraternity on campus in my book.

This Fraternity is really making its way up to the top. I haven't met a single guy I don't like in this fraternity and they treat women with great respect.
