Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.6 (They're on their way to top their) They've had two amazing pledge classes this year. Very nice guys and fun to hang out with. Maybe not the best parties, but great guys none the less.

I bet you didn't mean to throw that ball that way..." "haha.. yah showed him.. Lets do one of those things where you touch chests..." i think they won fraternity of the year cuz they're a very diverse fraternity.... in much more than one way...

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 3.4 Really involved on campus and are number 1 in community service. Although they have really cool guys they are not very known socially and I haven't heard of any of their parties. Pretty close with FIJI for top 5.
