They do this in a sad attempt to climb the social ladder. As far as charity work goes no one can remember the last time they did anything.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 3.8 These men are dear to my heart and have done some growing in the past year and you can see improvement in their brotherhood and socialization habits. I think its refreshing that they put so much work into philanthropy and service, it shows what kind of men they are and who they will be in the future. Not to say that work can't be done on interacting skills, but that will come in due time.
