Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at Virginia Commonwealth University - VCU 4.0 Honesty depending on who you ask they rank in the top 3 or 4. They have decent house sizes, above average parties, and a above average brotherhood as well. They're not the stereotypical frat members, and theyre pretty diverse, but they know what they're doing. There's a reason they went from a colony to chartering to one of the middle to top tier fraternities so quick. A few good pledge classes they'll be top 2 within 3 years (especially since dchi is one strike from being kicked off campus)
