Most the girls that don't get bids go AZD or drop. Bottom of the pickings. Some girls are very sweet but mostly awkward. Passionate about their philanthropy though.

Sure, there are some lazy girls who don't participate and that holds the group back but overall they're a really strong bunch of ladies who seem to really care about each other. Definitely the top end of the middle tier... clearly trying to be more involved!

"Girls you bring home to mom." New on campus, a bit inexpierenced. Very competitive and rising fast, won greek week two years in a row. Not a lot of girls go out, the girls that do are wild. Most are sweet and friendly.
