Have fallen to a middle tier fraternity. Give out bids to the weirdest kids. Only thing they have is sports (which no one cares at the end of the day). No brotherhood, cramped parties, and cliques. Honestly look more like a sorority

Haha it's funny people think their top tier. They give bids to everyone, have a poor brotherhood, and only have a few kids that actually "frat". Every girl complains about how creepy they are and how they never feel safe. Egg some more houses, that's great PR
