Im on the fence with this fraternity. I'm a transfer student so i know what real fraternities are like in the south. All they really talk about is the gym which i'm not used too. Parties seem to have declined for some reason after rush, but the guys were very nice to me which i liked. I know VCU isn't a real greek school but this is one i would like to get to know especially since i just joined a sorority.

Yep, they're still top. That may not be for long though. I frequently hear about their internal issues (which never would have happened w old phi mu). Their newer pledg classes are cute, but they're not all 10s like they used to be. But who knows, maybe they'll actually start doing stuff on campus. Oh and every time I see one wear letters I wonder where they came from..they're running out of notable sisters.

I was very interested in this chapter going into rush, but the minute i walked into their room i felt awkward and uncomfortable and i didn't feel welcomed at all. not as nice as everyone lets on.
