Can someone give me a description of the fraternities here at nova and which ones exist?

LXA and DTD get a bad rep from people who dont really know them. They are the two lowest above-ground frats, but they're still good guys and their parties are pretty fun.

yea this is for sure outdated

The top four frats are sig ep, sig chi, sig nu, and phi sig
Followed by SAE, pi kapp, and beta
Bottom are DTD and LXA

beta: cool guys, great parties, hot but they don't know it, great brotherhood, strong ties, solid foundations and connections

This is outdated. The best frats are sig ep, sig chi, phi sig, sig nu, pi kapp, and SAE. Beta is really dropping. And LXA and DTD are the bottom. The ones directly above are my fav!

Sig Ep: Douchebags, irrelevent, only mix and care about kappa and tri delt girls

Sig Nu: Diverse and hot...great parties and all around dudes.

Sig Chi: Awesome guys, dont have a house but the recent classes makes up for it

Phi Sig: Kinda douchy, ice hockey guys, best parties

Pi Kapp: The nice guys, awesome parties at the barn, alot of HOT tall guys to marry

Phi Delt/SAE: Coming back to campus, mixed group of underground typical fratty boys and new guys, really fun courts parties

Beta: Have been more and more irrelevant this past year but are reinventing their image as cool group of guys

Lambda/DTD: Smaller, not really a huge presence on or off campus but are good dudes

Sig ep mixes with kappa axo and tridelt. Tops mix with tops it’s just how it works. But it doesn’t matter out of syllly week anyone can get a ride to tashe
