spring rush

I'm a sophomore guy. Last year I was on probation so I didn't participate in spring rush and this semester the rents still needed some convincing so I did not participate in fall rush. My question is: do sophomore guys get bids during spring rush or are they just the weird older guys watching as the freshman get bids? I know most of the guys in the top tier frats and wonder if I have a chance to get a bid and if rushing is worth it? Thanks in advance for any advice.
