transfer/rush
by: sorority transferI'm an incoming freshman to a university that doesn't have greek life & for a multitude of reasons, I've realized it's not the school for me & I'm looking to transfer to nova. How would I go about rushing? If I transferred this coming spring would it be too late to rush this year? Should I wait to come as a sophomore? I'm just confused about the best plan to take. Thanks!!

If I were you, I would acclimate to your current school first, and see if you like it. If you still really don't like it, transfer to Nova for the second semester. We have second semester rush, so if you got admitted before the deadline to sign up for rush, you could contact the office of Greek Life and ask if you could sign up. If you can't but you still want to come to Nova, you should still transfer for second semester because at least then you can connect with the sorority girls and know people going into rush next year.
