why is phi sig top frat?

I'm rushing in the fall and want to do the best frat but honestly what makes phi sig have the reputation as the best frat because most of the brothers I have met are a bit weird

Nobody really knows. Sig ep probably has the hottest guys, but phi sig has a strong presence in the Greek community and hasn't been in huge trouble. SAE isn't above them because SAE is weird and creepy.

In my opinion, I think they're the hottest and "coolest". Plus most are rich.
