what makes a sorority low tier?

As someone in a "lower" tier, ranks are kind of bs... it's mainly based on perceived social life but that's so not the essence of what sororities are. Girls in every chapter go out an are still socially very involved, it's really just people only taking mixers into account which is silly imo considering they only happen one week per year.
