Real Fraternity Ranks + Descriptions

Junior in a frat here, going to try to be as fair and objective as possible:

#1 Sig Chi: These guys are all pretty fun and cool. They don’t care as much about friendships between grades and join the frat scene for a couple guy friends in their grade, and good courts parties with top sororities. They lack a house, but darties at mansion and possibly (?) night parties there now can be even more of a distinguisher for them.

#2 Phi Sig: Fun guys, but some aren’t the cookie cutter Villanova frat type. Definitely need to focus on diversity, as does most of the rest of this list except Sig Nu. That being said, they have the strongest brotherhood on campus and onyx and gypsy parties get them the #2 spot.

#3: DTD/SAE: These guys are the stereotypical frat guys- mostly went to all boys schools, well-to-do, fun. They do have a bit of a reputation for being creepy which knocks them down a bit, and have shaky party houses. Still great fun dudes and a top tier frat.

#4 Sig Nu: These guys are right on the border between middle and top tier. A lot of them try a little to hard (a lot), and it’s not received the best from others. That being said, their parties are quite fun. Universally hated by other fraternity’s, but still manage to pull a lot of hot girls and have pretty strong brotherhood along with good parties at estate, so I’d put them at #4.

#5 Sig Ep: A formerly great fraternity that has been making a good comeback. A couple years back, they had an incredibly weak pledge class due to rumors about hazing, and they have been rebuilding since. Tashe is a great house, and the hazing isn’t bad anymore.

#6 Pi Kapp: Alright

#7 Beta: Meh

#8 D Chi: Bruh

#9 Lambda: Who?
