fraternity comments

1. Phi Sig: nice, classy, mix with the best sororities (very close with the kappa girls) insanely large pledge class this year, their parties are usually kept on the down low never have huge ragers like fiji or under.

2. SAE: most attractive guys but not the friendliest. mix with top tier sororities (close with tridelts), fun parties, tiny pledge class this year, could be going downhill.

3. FIJI/Sig ep: people say fiji is top tier because they have huge parties (open to GDIs) at the mansion but that's definitely arguable. girls think theyre kinda creepy but most of them are nice guys. Sig ep has pretty fun parties, a lot of the guys are kinda douchey, known for being trust fund babies, think theyre on par with SAE/phi sig.

4. Under: known for having the best ragers at nova. their hazing is worse than all the on campus frats combined. they kill pledges. all the top tier sororities mix with them but they have a very "sketchy" reputation.

5. Sig Chi: very laid back, really chill, nice guys overall and they have fun parties. probably should be ranked higher but they dont seem to care about rankings all that much.

6. Sig Nu: sig nu on the rise? keep trying fellas.

7. LXA: insignificant. literally 0 presence on campus. probably mix with the lower-tier sororities?

8. DTD: no arguing dtd is last. at least lxa recognizes they're bottom tier. dtd think theyre top-tier. kinda show-offy, girls from top-tiers dont like them

SigEp under has the worst hazing and the toughest kids on campus by far. not even comparable. so many rumors go on about them no one really knows what's true, everyone just knows that they make their pledges lifes torture

SAE kids are okay, heard their new pledge class is full of weirdo's

PhiSig - got a huge pledge class, their other kids are nice and cool too. they are probably the only to compete with Under

SigEp - has been getting worse every year since ive been at school

A lot of these entries are pretty old so I'll update how the frats are now.
DTD/LXA-If youre a freshman guy yeah go these parties if you are anyone else stay far far away definitely bottom tier.

Phi Sig-Was once a good fraternity still a good group of guys but the last two pledge classes have fallen off and their appeal is gone.

Beta- Definitely on the rise was once middle tier but is now regarded as top tier and one of the best fraternities on campus. Their past two pledge classes are arguably the best on campus.

Sig Chi-Good guys and good parties but some douchebags

Sig Nu-Classic middle tier fraternity some good guys and some who couldn't get into other fraternities with decent parties

Sig Ep- Rich kids who are douchebags but still top tier and have good parties and have generally attractive brothers

Pi Kapp- Every real fraternity hates pi kapp because they have no pledging and allowed everyone to join last year so they have a ton of weird kids and are basically not a fraternity. Everyone calls them geeds because thats what they are.

Sig Chi- great group of guys that like to have fun but are also very friendly. Considered top on campus and mansion parties are insane. Also got best pledge class this year with 25+ guys

Sig Ep- cool kids that like to have a good time. Plantation is always fun and the kids go very hard when it comes to partying. Also considered top and got a solid pledge class this year.

Phi Sig- very chill and friendly guys. They tried really hard this year with recruiting and it paid off a decent amount. Gypsy is a good house but definitely not as many bangers as sig ep and sig chi. Hazing is pretty hard for no reason and their pledge class this year is a mix between cool guys and some squids. Considered middle tier on campus

Sig Nu- parties are alright, they stole h2 at the courts from SAE and the compound from the lacrosse team. a lot of other frats on campus don't really like sig nu because of things they do like that. all in all, have some really funny and cool kids and then some really creepy guys. their pledge class this year definitely did not meet what they wanted and they have to fight to come back from it or they will be on the decline. Considered middle tier just below phi sig on campus

Beta- good guys that are nice but parties are pretty lame. They mean well but by no means are a top frat on campus. Considered low middle tier

Pi Kapp- weird guys, not a real frat. no drinking allowed during their rush and whack pledge class
