Wayyyyyy less PNMs dropped. That’s why PCs are bigger despite less girls having rushed.

I don't think that chapters could really get the right vibe from a lot of girls since there were only 3 rounds. Since every PNM's first conversations are basically the same, I just don't think that the cuts chapters had to make were reasonable. It was nice that the first round was split up into 2 days but I think one more round would really make recruitment better.
