When do we get to sign up to rush? At the event in September they said it would be beginning of November with a bunch of mock rushing events but I haven't heard anything since and want to make sure I don't miss it.

you didn't miss it, just keep checking the panhel website / insta and mock recruitment is nov 11th so registration should end after that
