How do people get pledge ride numbers?? Why don’t they just let people Uber there?

Ubers attract cops, you get pledge rides from your sorority social chairs. If you are a freshman, you're getting them from your older friends in sororities.
If you uber and the frat finds out, you will be blacklisted.
