Frats are good if they have cool boys in the frat who girls want to be around. Housing issues change from year to year and i think they got screwed over with their houses this semester but are probably going to have one in the winter. they aren't weirdos and I think most would agree they're top 2 regardless of having a house at the moment

this seems to be very accurate...might argue that sig ep gets bumped lower given last few PCs...sig chi doesnt have a house so that top tier standing shouldnt last too long...phi sig very accurate rank they're definitely the top of the middle tier...hot take with SAE...sad to say given how much time i used to spend there but you cant escape not being on campus...times are a changing

SAE should def be at the bottom of this list, the fact that they're underground is gonna kill them in the next few years. Nobody wants to rush a fraternity that doesn't have a future.
I'd say pi Kapp and beta are probably equal maybe one is above the other depending on who you ask
