how many pledges? how many girls don't get bids?

Does anyone know how many pledges (typically) each sorority takes each year? Also, how many girls don't get bids?

It depends on the sorority, but it's around 30-50 girls per pledge class. If you stick it through recruitment, you'll more than likely get a bid. Most girls I know who didn't wind up getting a bid were girls who dropped out of recruitment before bid day. There are girls who don't get any bid even if they stick it through all of recruitment, but those girls are few and far between.
