aphi has had a stronger social media presence and are definitely marketing their best girls to their advantage. same friendgroups with girls in axo ddd and kkg

KKG is a longtime top tier but rising to top house again recently
DDS going downhill with only handfuls of good girls in each PC, but still top tier
AXO is staying same
APHI marketing best girls, seemingly rising in friend circles with AXO KKG DDD but still the same
KD social climber reputation but becoming more relevant
the rest pretty much irrelevant

Frats
Sig Nu rising fast but historically weird
SAE falling except with groupies
PHI SIG fallen from top house but still good especially with groupies
Sig Ep known as douchy still top tier
SIG CHI rising, good guys love to have fun not super douchebag
