sorority ranking

What sororities are best here? How would you describe them because so many people say the tier system is outdated...is this true? It's seems like only a few sororities are relevant but maybe it's just because i'm a freshman?

Every sorority has a lot to offer, and each group of girls is relevant on campus in their own way! You'll figure out where you fit in best when you rush, and no matter what we all end up at the same parties anyways!
