All the sororities who have to do fall rush are embarrassed because it means they don't have enough members so they won't want to tell you if they're having it and they will make the girls assimilate secretively. All I know is that Chi O and Pi Phi are having fall rush. And I heard that A Chi O is too.

All houses will go under total max membership from time to time; members do internships or travel abroad in the fall so a few membership openings are available. Nobody is embarrassed about it, it's just that there are only very, very few openings available this way so they usually only rush and take girls that they already know. This is why you have to be an insider already to do fall rush because houses only take their friends. It's actually an advantage for houses to do this because they don't have to wait for formal rush to get a few girls they already know they want.
