Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Villanova University - VU 3.8 pi phi confuses me. they're bottom tier but i'm not quite sure why. i feel like it's because someone has to be and they're the easiest to pinpoint cus they're not try hards about outdoing other sororities. they've had some solid hotties in the past two pledge classes, especially last year's, and they all really like each other so eh whatever, do you. i'd mix with them. i actually can't think of anything bad to say.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Villanova University - VU 4.2 Pi Phi only has a bad reputation just because its been carried along for years.Yes there are a few awkward, weird, or whatever girls who slip through the cracks during recruitment, but for the most part,Pi Phi's are genuinely pretty(look at their 2012 and 2013 pledge classes!)and friendly girls.Their sisterhood is one of the best on campus. While other sororities are clique-y and have a lot of tension within them, Pi Phi's are actually friends.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Villanova University - VU 4.0 Pi Phi is very underated; which seems to be the only reason they can't be great, people think they suck so they dont join, but people can be stupid, definatley the closest sorority with many great look girls and not so great looking ones,

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Villanova University - VU 2.8 very sweet girls, not the prettiest but they are genuine. some are socially awkward, but not everyone. i think they get a worse rep than they deserve
