I'm not in chi o, but I can say that they have great, smart girls and are definitely more middle tier than bottom tier now. Maybe not replacing one of the middles, but maybe a fourth.

Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at Villanova University - VU 1.0 It's really funny how chi o thinks they are "on the rise" except for the fact that the addition of AGD only solidified that there are three sororities to each tier, and chi o is just number three in the bottom tier.
