I don't know why these guys are top tier. Honestly none of them are really hot or even in shape and they are really in love with each other. The parties are decent but they are so creepy that it's not even really fun to be around them.

While phi sig is fun and has good guys, unfortunately no one outside of villanova knows phi sig is a fraternity. So if you wanna join a drinking club that likes touching eachother, phi sig is the place for you

I'd say phi sig is the best frat on campus. Really fun and cool group of guys who throw some pretty incredible parties. They're also definitely the most involved on campus by a lot. Pretty sure they've won greek chapter and president of the year the past three or so years which says a lot.
