I'd have to say that Phi Sig is up there. Obviously people on this website who are either in phi sig or don't like phi sig will say otherwise. Hard to say they are the "best frat", but they definitely are in the top tier with SAE, SigEp and Sig Chi. Their harder than average pledging process brings them together and it shows, they have a strong brotherhood. Good parties, mixes with all the best sororities, actually has a huge presence in philanthropy around campus, etc.

Sweet, smart, down to earth, and really great girls overall. I don't understand why people talk down about them. All of the Pi Phi's I know are pretty great. They don't try to fit in the sorority girl stereotype, which makes them even better in my opinion.
