The 'new' Beta is completely different than the seniors and recently graduated betas. Having courts and house this year helps them, lots of potential but firmly middle tier until something changes.

heard one of their parties was called off because they dropped a keg in the driveway toughhhhh. but seriously tho, brand new fraternity with such a confusing group of guys that everyone has a different opinion of them. we'll see if the new pc's start to form an identity
